Arrive in Kathmandu and transfer to your hotel. Meet your guide for a trek briefing, gear check and final preparation for the Lukla flight.
Flight: ~30 min | Trek: 3β4 hrs | Altitude: 2,610 m
Fly to Lukla on a scenic mountain flight and begin trekking through Chaurikharka and along the Dudh Koshi Valley to Phakding.
Trek: 6β7 hrs | Altitude: 3,440 m
Follow the river through pine forest, enter Sagarmatha National Park and cross high suspension bridges before climbing steeply to Namche Bazaar.
Hike: 3β4 hrs | Sleep altitude: 3,440 m
Spend a second night in Namche for acclimatization. Take a short hike toward Everest View Hotel or Khumjung, then return for rest and exploration.
Trek: 5β6 hrs | Altitude: 3,860 m
Traverse with views of Everest and Ama Dablam, descend to Phunki Tenga and climb through forest to Tengboche Monastery.
Trek: 5β6 hrs | Altitude: 4,410 m
Descend through Deboche, cross the Imja Khola and continue past Pangboche to Dingboche.
Hike: 3β5 hrs | Sleep altitude: 4,410 m
Take a rest and acclimatization day in Dingboche. A hike toward Nagarjun Hill or Chukhung Valley gives excellent views while helping your body adjust.
Trek: 5β6 hrs | Altitude: 4,940 m
Walk up the Khumbu Valley to Thukla, then climb the memorial ridge before continuing to Lobuche.
Trek: 7β8 hrs | Base Camp altitude: 5,364 m
Trek over glacial moraine to Gorak Shep, then continue to Everest Base Camp beside the Khumbu Glacier.
Hike and trek: 6β7 hrs | High point: ~5,545 m
Climb Kala Patthar early for the best close view of Everest, Nuptse and Pumori.
Trek: 6β7 hrs | Altitude: 3,440 m
Descend through Pangboche and Tengboche, then follow the familiar trail back into Namche Bazaar for a final evening in the Sherpa capital.
Trek: 6β7 hrs | Altitude: 2,860 m
Complete the final trekking day with a long descent to the Dudh Koshi and a steady walk through Phakding back to Lukla.

Fly back to Kathmandu, weather permitting, and transfer to your hotel.
