      Fly Kathmandu β†’ Lukla β†’ Phakding

      Flight: 30–35 mins | Trek: 3–4 hrs | Altitude: 2,610 m | Elevation Loss: -230 m | Overnight: Phakding

      An early mountain flight brings you to Lukla (2,840 m), the gateway to the Everest region.

      Phakding β†’ Namche Bazaar

      Trek: 6–7 hrs | Altitude: 3,440 m | Elevation Gain: +830 m | Overnight: Namche Bazaar

      Follow the Dudh Koshi river through beautiful pine forest while crossing dramatic suspension bridges, including the famous Hillary Bridge.

      Acclimatization Day at Namche Bazaar

      Optional Hike: 2–4 hrs | Altitude: 3,440 m | Overnight: Namche Bazaar

      An essential acclimatization day to help your body gradually adapt to the increasing altitude and reduce the risk of Acute Mountain Sickness (AMS).

      Leave the busy Everest Base Camp route behind and follow the quieter trail toward the remote Bhote Koshi valley.

      Thame β†’ Lungden

      Trek: 4–5 hrs | Altitude: 4,380 m | Elevation Gain: +580 m | Overnight: Lungden

      A steady gradual ascent leads deeper into the upper Bhote Koshi valley as the landscape becomes increasingly barren and alpine.

      Extra Acclimatization Day at Lungden

      Optional Hike: 2–3 hrs | Altitude: 4,380 m | Overnight: Lungden

      A highly recommended acclimatization day before crossing the demanding Renjo La Pass.

      Lungden β†’ Renjo La Pass β†’ Gokyo

      Trek: 7–9 hrs | Max Altitude: 5,360 m | Elevation Gain: +980 m | Elevation Loss: -570 m | Overnight: Gokyo

      One of the most spectacular trekking days in the Everest region. Begin an early ascent toward Renjo La Pass (5,360 m), crossing rugged high-altitude terrain beneath towering Himalayan peaks.

      Gokyo Ri Sunrise & Exploration

      Hike: 3–4 hrs | Max Altitude: 5,357 m | Elevation Gain: +560 m | Overnight: Gokyo

      An early morning ascent to Gokyo Ri (5,357 m) rewards you with one of the finest panoramic viewpoints in all of Nepal.

      Gokyo β†’ Dole

      Trek: 5–6 hrs | Altitude: 4,200 m | Elevation Loss: -590 m | Overnight: Dole

      Leave the Gokyo Valley behind and descend gradually through alpine terrain and yak pastures alongside the Ngozumpa Glacier valley.

      Dole β†’ Namche Bazaar

      Trek: 6–7 hrs | Altitude: 3,440 m | Elevation Loss: -760 m | Overnight: Namche Bazaar

      Continue descending through rhododendron forest, waterfalls, and traditional Sherpa settlements as the trail rejoins the main Everest trekking route.

      Namche Bazaar β†’ Lukla

      Trek: 6–7 hrs | Altitude: 2,840 m | Elevation Loss: -600 m | Overnight: Lukla

      The final trekking day follows the Dudh Koshi valley back toward Lukla through pine forest, suspension bridges, and Sherpa villages.

      Fly Lukla β†’ Kathmandu

      Flight: 30–35 mins | End of Trek

      Board an early morning mountain flight from Lukla back to Kathmandu. The short but dramatic journey offers one final aerial perspective of the Himalayan range before returning to Nepal's capital city.

      Extra Day Reserved | Overnight: Kathmandu

      An additional buffer day reserved for potential Lukla flight delays caused by mountain weather conditions, as well as extra recovery time after the trek.
